USRPA is an independent players union established by, and operated for the benefit of, professional rugby players in America. We serve as the collective bargaining representative for the Players on the United States National Teams (both Men's and Women's 7s and 15s) and for all professional Players in Major League Rugby.

Our mission is to serve, protect, represent, promote, and develop our Players both on and off the pitch. 

For our sport at large, we seek to help grow rugby in the North American sporting landscape, and in our representative capacity we work to ensure that our Players are always a central stakeholder in this process. This approach is reflected in our motto, "Grow the Player, Grow the Game."
